MamaJo TBM Cutterhead lowered this morning

Construction crews at the working shaft of Fort Wayne's deep rock sewer tunnel lowered the first piece of MamaJo, the Tunnel Boring Machine, into the ground today.

River names combine for TBM moniker – MamaJo

The hardest worker on Fort Wayne’s Deep Rock Tunnel project, at 24-hours a day, will be the Tunnel Boring Machine, which today has been given a name - MamaJo.
