On June 22, 2025, at 0934 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was called to the Goodwill at 3101 East State Boulevard where a male had just carjacked a Goodwill truck.

A Fort Wayne Police Officer was involved in a vehicle pursuit which resulted in a two-car accident at State Boulevard and Wells Street.
State Boulevard opens tomorrow
Tomorrow, Friday, June 12, 2020, State Boulevard and the new bridge over Spy Run Creek will open with one lane in each direction between Wells and Clinton Street.
State Boulevard closure Monday
Construction on State Boulevard, over the Spy Run Creek, moves to a new phase next week, requiring a complete closure of the road for two months.
