On December 2, 2021, at 10:04 AM, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a residence located in the 600 block of High Street in reference to a domestic investigation.

On November 3, 2021, shortly after 1:00 am, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 3400 block of Cheviot in reference to a reported battery that had taken place.

On October 11, 2021, at 2130 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Stellhorn and Maplecrest Roads to meet with a female who advised that she was the victim of a domestic battery that had occurred at a residence located in the 5000 block of Maplecrest Road.

On September 28, 2021, at 7:21 PM, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a residence in the 2130 Point West Dr. in reference to a suicidal subject.

On September 11th, 2021, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a report of a burglary in progress which evolved into a barricaded subject incident.

On September 7, 2021, at 4:23 pm, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 1400 block of High Street in reference to a tip that Ronald Price was in the house.

On August 6, 2021, at 11:31 AM, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to a call reporting that gunshots had been heard in the 2700 block of Indiana Avenue.

On July 27, 2021, at 1619 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 700 block of West Creighton Avenue after receiving a call that a male and female were in a domestic dispute.

On July 18th, 2021, at 12:56 am, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to investigate the report of a male who had made threats to shoot another male in the 700 block of Russell Avenue.

On June 27, 2021, at 10:30 am, the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Gang and Violent Crimes Unit attempted to make contact with a 29-year-old male subject known to have several active arrest warrants, including Robbery.
