Clean Drains’ artists turn lowly storm drains into lively public art
Beginning tomorrow, and from August 16–24, 2025, storm drains across Fort Wayne will burst with color as local and regional muralists transform them into works of art carrying a powerful environmental message: Only Rain in the Drain.
