Eastbound Illinois Road Lane Restriction Wednesday – Saturday
Fort Wayne, Indiana (July 7, 2026) – Due to the Illinois Road Trail and Roadway Improvements Project, eastbound Illinois Road will be restricted to one lane between Avenue of Autos and Ansley Drive beginning Wednesday, July 8 until Saturday, July 11. The restriction will be in effect between the working hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. only, and eastbound drivers should expect delays during those times. Westbound Illinois Road will remain open to two lanes of traffic.
