Douglas Zuber Sentenced for Role in Pikes Pub Battery

Douglas Zuber has been sentenced for his role in a battery that occurred at Pikes Pub on May 30, 2025.

Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 30, 2026) – Douglas Zuber has been sentenced for his role in a battery that occurred at Pikes Pub on May 30, 2025.
Zuber pleaded guilty to Level 5 felony Battery and Class B misdemeanor Criminal Recklessness. The Level 6 felony Criminal Gang Activity charge was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

Zuber was sentenced to five years on Count I, with three years executed, followed by two years of probation and 180 days on Count II, to be served concurrently. The court also ordered restitution and entered a no-contact order.

Judge Gull presided over the sentencing.
