Healthier Moms and Babies’ 10th Annual Diaper Dash Happens This Saturday, Sept. 12
Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 10, 2026) – The wait is almost over! Healthier Moms and Babies’ 10th Annual Diaper Dash Family Fun Walk/Run takes place this Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Parkview YMCA, 10001 Dawson’s Creek Blvd, Fort Wayne.
Online registration is open until Friday, September 11, at www.healthiermomsandbabies.org/diaper-dash. Walk-up registration will also be available at the event beginning at 7:15 a.m.
The Diaper Dash offers a relaxed, untimed 5K or shorter walk/run, making it perfect for participants of all ages and fitness levels. Families will also enjoy activities such as the Joey Race for kids, team participation with costumes and themes encouraged, and awards for Largest Team, Most Diapers/Wipes Donated, and Highest Fundraising Team. Traveling Toms will also be on site.
Guests are encouraged to bring diapers and wipes to help fight diaper need, which affects 1 in 2 U.S. families. Monetary donations will also be accepted at the event or anytime online.
Healthier Moms and Babies serves over 1,200 families each year through in-home visits, mental health support, doula services, mentorship for expectant parents, and essential supplies like diapers, pack-and-plays, and car seats. These services help more babies reach their first birthdays healthy and thriving.
