Due to inclement weather, Saturday night’s game between the Fort Wayne TinCaps (44-55, 17-16) and the Great Lakes Loons (55-42, 19-14) at Dow Diamond has been suspended in the bottom of the second inning.

‘Caps and Loons to Continue Game in Bottom of the SecondFort Wayne, Indiana (August 1, 2026) – Due to inclement weather, Saturday night’s game between the Fort Wayne TinCaps (44-55, 17-16) and the Great Lakes Loons (55-42, 19-14) at Dow Diamond has been suspended in the bottom of the second inning.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow, Aug. 2 at Dow Diamond in Midland, Mich. The game will resume in the bottom of the second inning at 12:05 p.m. ET with the ‘Caps leading 7-0.
Sunday’s initially scheduled game will follow as a seven-inning game following a 40-minute delay between games.
The TinCaps return home to Parkview Field Tuesday, Aug. 4, taking on the Tigers-affiliated West Michigan Whitecaps. Stop by the ballpark for Princess Night with premium ticket packages including a pregame meet-and-greet with the Island Princess.
