(February 13, 2020) – Sweetwater is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Ostermann into a newly-established role as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. “I’m very excited to step into this new role,” said Ostermann. “I look forward to building on Sweetwater’s already excellent reputation and the many ways we support our more than 1700 team members – from a world-class campus with unique amenities like employee concierge service and free on-site medical clinic to ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.”
“We are thrilled to elevate Jeff into this new role,” said Sweetwater Founder and CEO Chuck Surack. “His extensive background in driving business growth coupled with his passion for developing people is a great asset to our company and will serve our team members incredibly well.
