The Annual Wildwood Park picnic was held September 6th. Â Spotted at the picnic was Admiral Andy along with Geoff Paddock, Executive Director of the Headwaters Park Alliance. Â The two graciously posed for a photo. Â If you’re not famliar with Admiral Andy, he’s the Three Rivers Festival mascot.
