If you haven’t checked out the Harrison Square Living Website yet, please do.  It’s extremely interactive and very promising!  The old website version, screen-captured below, had promised to be operating by August, which didn’t happen.  Of course, Barry Real Estate decided somewhere in there to change strategies.

So what are your thoughts about the new marketing campaign/strategy?  Do you think this will work?  Personally, it feels like they are reaching out to the very community who helped support this project in the early stages of it’s development.  The more people you can involve, the more ideas that will surface.  However, one of the entities at the top must retain strong leadership to decide which ideas to embrace and then guide their development into full blown happenings.  The biggest hurdle, besides the economy, is inaction.  There has been enough of that and excuses since this project went live.  Continued inactivity will only defeat the project and give fodder to those “I told you so’s” in the community.  It’s time to pull it out of the bag and breathe some new life and momentum into what has the potential for a stupendous project!

What do you think?  I’d really like to know!  Feel free to share your comments.
