The Fort Wayne Police Department is advising West Jefferson Boulevard is closed between Van Buren Street and the Main Street cutoff, due to a traffic accident.

Mayor Henry recognizes those involved in saving a construction worker’s life

Mayor Tom Henry today recognized individuals from OmniSource, Fort Wayne Fire Department, Fort Wayne Police Department, and Three Rivers Ambulance Authority for helping save the life of a Construction Resources of Indiana employee.

First day for Fire and Police recruit classes

Today, Mayor Tom Henry welcomed 24 Fort Wayne Police Department recruits and 11 Fort Wayne Fire Department recruits to their first day of training at the Public Safety Academy.
