With predictions of a major winter storm headed for our area, the Allen County Highway Department is making plans to mobilize snowplows, trucks and crews over the weekend.

As of 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, the Allen County Highway Department reports the following roads closed due to high water.
Rorick Road remains closed
The washed out section of Rorick Road from Lortie Road to Moore Road remains closed to traffic until further notice.

The flooding threat from recent heavy rainfall has led the Allen County Highway Department to offer citizens free sand and sandbags.
