* WHAT…Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 9 inches. Isolated higher accumulations are possible.
* WHERE…Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.
* WHEN…From 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening to 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will rapidly develop across the warning area by early evening, becoming heavy at times with snow rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour possible this evening. The snow will continue into Sunday, slowly tapering from west to east.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…
Travel is not advised in the warning area. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
