Fort Wayne Police Department incident Report Details/Summary:
On 7/21/26 FWPD officers responded to Walmart, 5311 Coldwater Road regarding a report of a male exposing and playing with himself in the parking lot. Officers responded and located the suspect leaving the scene in his vehicle. Officers initiated a traffic stop and investigated. During the stop the suspect threw a beer can out of the window. During the follow-up investigation the victims a 12-year-old female and 17-year-old female both positively identified the suspect through photo array. The suspect has a previous conviction for public indecency. He was arrested and transported to lock-up.
