Fort Wayne City Utilities Field Operations crews will replace a water valve on St. Marys Avenue beginning Monday, June 15, 2026.

Traffic Alert: St. Marys Avenue Closure Begins Monday

Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 12, 2026) – City Utilities Field Operations crews will replace a water valve on St. Marys Avenue beginning Monday, June 15.

Starting at 8 a.m., St. Marys Avenue will be closed at the Huffman Street intersection for approximately three days.

Drivers traveling through the area should use Sherman Boulevard as a north-south detour between Spring and Huffman Street.

Motorists are encouraged to slow down, follow posted signs and use caution near the work zone.
