St. Joseph Community Health Foundation awards $674K in grants in 2026

Since the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation was established in 1998, it has awarded over $30.6 million through 2,088 grants to approximately 295 local organizations.

$673,570 Awarded by the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation in 2026

Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 1, 2026) – Since the St. Joseph Community Health Foundation was established in 1998, it has awarded over $30.6 million through 2,088 grants to approximately 295 local organizations.

Grants totaling $673,570 have been awarded to the following organizations to date in 2026, representing services within our four impact areas: Prenatal & Infant Care, Refugees & Immigrants, Nutrition & Food Insecurity, and Access to Quality, Affordable Healthcare. In response to current community needs, St. Joe Foundation used a narrowed focus on Prenatal & Infant Care and Refugees & Immigrants in the Spring 2026 grants cycle.
