“Downtown Fort Wayne continues to grow as a place where people live, work, gather, and invest,” said Chief Smith. “This new district reflects our commitment to keeping downtown safe, welcoming, and vibrant for everyone.”
Chief Smith also recognized Mayor Tucker’s leadership in supporting the initiative.
“This Downtown District reflects Mayor Tucker’s vision of a growing city that continues to invest in safety, trust, and strong community partnerships,” the Chief said.
