The Suspect that was shot in the Officer Involved Shooting that occurred on June 13th at S. Hanna St. and E. Maple Grove Ave. has been arrested. Lamont Carpenter Jr. 23 years of age was arrested today and is being charged with “Pointing a Firearm, level 6 Felony”. Officer Lucas Hayes, was the Officer involved in the incident and is a 4 year veteran of the Fort Wayne Police Department.
