Arrest Made in Wal-Mart Battery

Subject Arrested: Levi Arnold From Bluffton Indiana
Details:
Following the battery, today at the Apple Glen Wal-Mart Homicide Detectives from the Fort Wayne Police Department received information from citizens regarding possible suspect identity. From this information, Detectives were able to identify a suspect in the battery of an Adult Male which resulted in life-threatening injuries.
Homicide Detectives along with Officers from the Bluffton Police Department were able to take the suspect into custody without incident. The suspect was returned to Fort Wayne and has been charged with Attempted Murder and is currently in custody at the Allen County Jail
The victim remains in Critical Condition suffering from life-threatening injuries at a local hospital.
