ARCH & the History Center hold annual Dearly Departed Tour of Lindenwood Cemetery
(September 8, 2014) – ARCH and the History Center will hold their annual Dearly Departed tour of Lindenwood Cemetery on Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 2-5pm. Tour participants can hear the stories of 15 Fort Wayne citizens whose lives have been honored by our city and county by having a street or park named after them.

New on the tour this year will feature a gravestone rubbing station near the Chapel of the Woods. Also, Birkmeier & Sons will open its shop on West Main Street for tours and demonstrations of the art of headstone carving.
