Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 8, 2014) – This photo was taken at Cash America Pawn on North Clinton, we understand it is not the best photo but it’s all that we have to work with.
The subject is part of an ongoing felony investigation and detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying him.
