Bagger Dave’s to bring its freshly-crafted burgers to Fort Wayne in time for the holidays
Bagger Dave’s Freshly-Crafted Burger Tavern to open Dec. 14; will feature local craft beer and local, historical decor
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Bagger Dave’s Freshly-Crafted Burger Tavern, a unique, full-service, ultra-casual restaurant and bar, will celebrate the grand opening of its Fort Wayne location (2886 E. Dupont Road, in the strip mall) on Sunday, December 15 at 11 a.m. The celebration will follow an invitation-only VIP Grand Opening Party to be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, December 13 and Friends and Family Day on Saturday, December 14.
“The Fort Wayne location is our final opening of 2013 and I think we have saved the best for last,” said Michael Ansley, president and CEO of Diversified Restaurant Holdings, which operates Bagger Dave’s. “We are looking forward to bringing our fresh ingredients, locally-inspired dÃ©cor and winning customer service to the people of this great city.”
The restaurant will occupy 5,604-square-feet and will feature full-table service and a bar serving local bottle and draft beers and wine. Bagger Dave’s will hire approximately 80 local employees and will be able to seat approximately 200 patrons.
Like all Bagger Dave’s restaurants, the Fort Wayne location will offer a warm, welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, complete with the company’s signature electric train running through the main dining room and bar, and memorable guest service.
Patrons can create their own hand-crafted beef, turkey or veggie black bean burger delivered and made daily with fresh, never-frozen, no filler, 100 percent USDA beef-blend and all-natural, Midwestern-sourced ground turkey, a choice of 17 Meaningless Free ToppingsÂ® and seven premium toppings, which include seven cheese choices and custom made sauces, a variety of artisan buns and more. A selection of Signature Burgers is also available, including the Tuscan Turkey Burgerâ„¢ (sliced mozzarella, tomato, onion, basil and balsamic vinaigrette) and the famed Train Wreck Burgerâ„¢ (fresh-cut fries, fried egg, mild cheddar, sautÃ©ed onions and mushrooms, and Bagger Dave’s Railhouse Burger Sauceâ„¢).
The menu also features the option to offer all meals as platters, which are served with a choice of Fresh-Cut Fries, Dave’s Sweet Potato ChipsÂ®, a side of Twisted Mac â€˜n Cheese, a side salad, or a cup of Amazingly Delicious Turkey Black Bean ChiliÂ®. Also on the menu are sandwiches, salads and hand-dipped milkshakes.
