Stutzman: “President Obama Can No Longer Defend the Indefensible”

Washington, D.C. (November 14, 2013) – U.S. Congressman Marlin Stutzman issued the following statement responding to Obamacare’s first month figures:

“Today’s numbers from the Obama Administration confirm that ObamaCare is failing the American people. Despite President Obama’s promise that they could keep their health insurance, millions of Americans find themselves in the heartbreaking situation of being forced off plans they wanted to keep and pushed into a system that just won’t work. President Obama can no longer defend the indefensible.”

Background:

  • Today, the Obama Administration announced that only 106,185 Americans, including just 701 Hoosiers, were able to select health insurance plans during ObamaCare’s first month.
