JOSEPH IN…STARKE…STEUBEN…WABASH…WELLS…WHITE AND WHITLEY. IN SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN…BERRIEN…BRANCH…CASS MI…HILLSDALE AND ST. JOSEPH MI. IN NORTHWEST OHIO…WILLIAMS.

* RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE LIKELY THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY MORNING…WITH SOME LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS NORTHWEST INDIANA AND SOUTHWEST LOWER MICHIGAN. THE COMBINATION OF HEAVY RAINFALL…COMBINED WITH ALREADY SATURATED SOILS AND ELEVATED RIVER LEVELS MAY LEAD TO SIGNIFICANT FLOODING.

* HEAVY RAINFALL MAY ALSO LEAD TO FLOODING OF URBAN AND LOW LYING AREAS.
