Breaking: Paddock to file this afternoon

I have received word that Geoff Paddock will be filing this afternoon.

Paddock, a Democrat, is filing for the Fort Wayne City Council’s 5th District seat currently held by Councilman Tim Pape.  Yesterday, Pape announced he was not seeking a 4th term as the 5th District representative.
