Frontier strikes again

I’ve heard quite a few horror stories from fellow Frontier customers lately.

Everything ranging from service problems to customer handling issues. Well, I woke up to no internet connection today. We called and were told a tech will be here tomorrow morning between 8 and 1 pm. Hopefully, it will be a quick and easy fix. My personal feeling is that a line is fouled somewhere as we’ve been having intermittent issues for a while. Although, come to think of it, the issues really started shortly after Frontier took over Verizon. It will be interesting to see how quickly this issue is resolved.

I do have intermittent service through my BlackBerry, but the going is slow and sometimes, I can’t get a signal in my computer room, which is in the basement. If you need to get a hold of me, please be patient.

    I called one day to let them know my service was down and they said they would send someone out after 4. I came home at 3:30 and they had already replaced the line. I thought, “WOW! what great customer service!” Two weeks later I received a bill for nearly $1,000.
