Councilman Shoaff on Headwaters Park

Councilman John Shoaff spoke with me Thursday about Headwaters Park and the re-evaluation of the management agreement between the City and Headwaters Park Alliance.

Normally, the Parks Department approves the agreement in three year increments.  This year, they decided to only grant a one year extension.  The change, according to Parks and Recreation Director Al Moll, will allow the current model to be examined for efficiencies with the possibility of Headwaters being brought under the Parks Department operation.
