New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) presentation

Sharon Feasel, Redevelopment Specialist with the City of Fort Wayne, made a presentation to the Fort Wayne Council concerning the New Market Tax Credit (NMTC) program.  Sharon is one of those people our City is fortunate to have in it’s employ.  This presentation is bare bones and barely scratches the surface of the program.  That is intentional as this is Sharon’s approach, and it works well!
