River Summit 2015: But what about the Rivers?

For three days next week, the Tri-State Watershed Alliance will be hosting a River Summit 2015 in downtown Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.

While many residents have noticed the decrease in odor over the past few days, there may be pockets of the city where some residents may still notice some odor.

If you have noticed a change in the smell or taste of city water, here's the reason why.

Five Fort Wayne residents in the Leadership Fort Wayne program have been chosen as "Outstanding Trail Group" by the Greenways Foundation of Indiana.

Volunteers from throughout the community will work together to clean up Fort Wayne's downtown riverfronts Saturday, April 19 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Mayor Tom Henry along with members of the City Council, City Utilities staff members, engineering students form Northrop High School and IPFW, project engineering and construction crews, civic leaders and Fort Wayne residents, lifted their glass in a toast to clean water this afternoon at the Three Rivers Water Filtration Plant.

Due to high water conditions, the "Revealing Our Rivers" Initiative scheduled for Saturday, April 20 will be held on Saturday, May 4, 8 am - noon.
