As of 8:30 a.m. Monday, the Allen County Highway Department South Barn reports that Winters Road east of Aboite Road remains closed due to high water.

Rorick Road reopened
The Allen County Highway Department today reported that a section of Rorick Road which was washed out due to flooding has been repaired and is opened again.
