On April 9, 2025, at 0805 hours, the FWPD Homicide Task Force arrested a suspect without incident for the April 1 shooting on Bowser Avenue.

Isaiah McKee was arrested September 26, 2024, in the area of East Jefferson Boulevard and Lafayette Street just before 9 pm in connection to the stabbing that occurred on October 19, 2024, on the Indiana Tech campus.

On September 14, 2024, at 0515 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the Lutheran Downtown Hospital concerning a shooting victim who had been dropped off at their facility.

The Fort Wayne Police Department arrested Anthony Kidd late Saturday night (Aug. 3, 2024) in connection to a shooting that occurred Saturday (Aug. 3) at roughly 22:12 hours in the 7000 block of Peartree Lane.
FWPD: Officer Involved Shooting, 4700 block Holton Avenue
On June 13, 2024, at 16:44 hours, FWPD officers were dispatched to a residence in the 4700 block of Holton Avenue in reference to a burglary in progress.
FWPD: Homicide Arrest, 5100 block Kyle Road
The FWPD Homicide Unit identified a 17yo male juvenile as the suspect of the shooting that took place on May 20, 2024, at 12:37 hours in the 700 block of Drexel Avenue.

On April 16, 2024, Terry Sowles Jr. was arrested in connection to the shooting that occurred at a residence on the 4000 block of Nadina Cove on April 15th, 2024 around 12:34 PM.

The FWPD Homicide Division has arrested Kennisha Jackson with a preliminary charge of Aggravated Battery in the shooting death yesterday of a male black age 19.
