On November 5, 2025, at 1411 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department received a phone call from a party who wished to remain anonymous, stating that an individual with an arrest warrant, Tyrone Hughes, was in Freimann Square.

On November 13, 2024, Tommy Harris Jr. was taken into custody without incident in the 4400 block of Lillie Street on a warrant for Felony Murder and Burglary in connection to the cold case homicide of Larry Lovelace Jr. that took place on June 27, 2001.

FWPD Gang and Violent Crimes Unit detectives observed Cantrell James enter an orange Dodge Charger and, after a 10-minute high-speed pursuit, apprehended and arrested him on several charges.
FWPD: Homicide Arrest, Devonte Travier
On November 5, 2024, Devonte Travier was arrested on warrants for murder, dealing methamphetamine, resisting law enforcement and obstruction of justice and was taken into custody without incident in the 3800 block of Wayne Trace.

On May 16, 2022 at 1730 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department arrested Ahmad K. Pearson near the intersection of Hobson Road and East State Boulevard in connection with a homicide investigation.
