Public Safety Incident Reports

On 08/25/2013 at approximately 4:40 P.M. an Allen County Sheriff's Department Officer arrived on the scene of a single vehicle crash in the 4700 block of Woods Road in Northwest Allen County.

The Fort Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating Jacinto A. Barrios who is a suspect wanting for questioning in the homicide of Marco Antonio Vinas-Herran who died Monday, August 19th after being struck by a vehicle in the parking lot of Las Lomas Mexican Grill in the 220 block of Fairfield Avenue.

The Fort Wayne Police Department Vice/Narcotics Division with the assistance of the FWPD Emergency Services Team and the FWPD Meth Suppression Team served a search warrant for methamphetamine production at 6727 Union Chapel Rd.

At this time, the fire has been placed under control on Herbert Street.

The Fort Wayne Police responded to a 911-call reporting a subject down in the south parking lot of the Las Lomas Mexican Grill at approximately 6:30 a.m. this morning.

Donald Asher Jr. has been located.

The City of Fort Wayne Police Department is currently searching for a missing child - Donald A. Asher Jr. is an 8 year old male/white.

On Saturday, 08/17/2013, at approximately 10:20 AM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the CVS Pharmacy located at 2802 East State Blvd. reference an armed robbery.

Allen County Police were dispatched to 17000 block of Dawkins Road at approximately 11:30 PM on 8/13/2013 reference a motor vehicle crash.

The Fort Wayne Police Department would like to remind area motorist that local schools systems will be back in session starting next week which means a large number of school buses and school aged children navigating our streets to and from school.
