On September 19, 2015, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was sent to the Brass Rail Tavern at 1117 Broadway on a reported structure fire.

The FWFD responded to a reported house fire at 10509 Hickory Tree Road and upon arrival found a one story ranch with moderate smoke coming out of the attic.
