On November 11, 2023, at 0430 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to an apartment fire in the 5300 block of Eastwick Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Time of Alarm: 0430 hours
On Scene: 0433 hours
Under Control: 0446 hours
Upon arrival, firefighters found flames coming out of the front door and the fire was extinguished within 13 minutes. Fire damage was contained to the apartment of origin.
There were no victims inside, and no injuries to firefighters or civilians on the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
