The Allen County Coroner's Office was notified of a death investigation located in the 8600 block of Lakeside Drive, during the afternoon hours of February 22, 2019.

The autopsy has been completed and notification has been made to the next of kin, of the male victim that was located on the street in the 1000 block of Senate Avenue, on February 2, 2019.
