Charges: Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Dealing Marijuana, Neglect of a Dependant- Bobby Wills, male, 41 years old

On August 1st, 2018 at 2018 hours, Detectives with the Gang & Violent Crimes Unit, utilizing the FWPD Emergency Services Team, executed a search warrant at 2609 Priscilla Lane, a known gang house. This warrant was the result of a month long investigation that began from tips, complaints, and runs involving shots fired from the area of the home. Detectives engaged in surveillance, stops, and applied for the search warrant.
Seized during the raid was a Taurus 9mm pistol, 3 pounds of marijuana, a large quantity of ammunition, paraphernalia, and $8000 in cach. Two small children were also located in the home. The above listed subjects were arrested for the listed offenses. The Department of Child Services assisted in the investigation.
