The Allen County Circuit Court has found in favor of the Allen County Election Board, Et al. This means Roy Buskirk’s victory in the November 2016 general election stands.

ORDER AND JUDGEMENT
For the foregoing reasons, the decisions of Defendant The Allen County Election Board to: 1) allow Defendant Roy Buskirk’s name to remain on the ballot for the 2016 general election; and, 2) to certify Roy Buskirk as the winner of an Allen County Council At-Large seat in the 2016 election shall stand. Accordingly, Plaintiff Palermo (Pal) Galindo’s Petition for Contest of Election, seeking declaratory relief is DENIED. This is a final, appealable decision. Costs to Plaintiff.
