I have confirmed that the City Council members were emailed the financial statements for March yesterday. Â If you’re interested, there are two documents, both for the month of March: Statement of Disbursements and Revenues | Statement of Revenue. Â These are the statements now required by law to be given to the City Council on a monthly basis. Â I would look for the format to change as I’m sure there are things they will want to see and things they feel they don’t need to see.
I’m not sure what information the City Council had hoped to receive from the Mayor’s Office, but I can’t imagine it is contained in those two documents.
The City Council, Mitch Harper in particular, didn’t really give any guidance to the Administration. They did give them some examples, I believe from Allen County and Indianapolis.
