If you’ve never been to one of these Northside forums before, I’d equate it to speed dating with the candidates. Â The unopposed candidates were given one minute to introduce themselves. Â Opposed candidates chose a number which corresponded to a question which was read by moderator Andy Downs. The candidate then had two minutes to answer the question and introduce themselves to the assembled crowd. Â Andy kept the pace moving and candidates were strongly encouraged not to exceed their time limit.
