FWPD: Disturbance leads to arrest, 6400 block Cathedral Oaks Place

On July 24, 2026, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 6400 block of Cathedral Oaks Place, Fort Wayne, Indiana, in regards to a disturbance.

  • Child Solicitation, Level 5 Felony
  • Attempted Child exploitation, Level 5 Felony
  • Inappropriate Communication with a child, Class A Misdemeanor

Fort Wayne Police Department incident Report Details/Summary:

On July 24th, 2026, the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the 6400 block of Cathedral Oaks Place regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers began a preliminary investigation. Detective Anthony Shefferly of the Crimes Against Persons Section (CAPS) was assigned to the case. During the investigation, detectives identified the suspect as Phoenix Tsuleff, a resident of Fort Wayne. This morning at 0800 hours, detectives served a search warrant at Tsuleff’s residence. Several items of evidence were seized. Detectives took Tsuleff into custody at his place of employment and transported him to the Allen County Jail.
