On February 23, 2020, at 1348 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire in the 1100 block of Roosevelt Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Time of Alarm: 1348 hours
On Scene: 1350 hours
Under Control: 1405 hours
The first unit on the scene observed smoke coming from the residence. The crew went inside to extinguish the fire and do a search for additional occupants. Other crews arrived and assisted with controlling the fire and searching. The fire was under control in 15 minutes.
Nobody was found inside the house and no injuries were reported. Occupants from the house self-evacuated prior to the department’s arrival.
The American Red Cross was called to help with the displaced occupants.
