On June 13, 2022, at 2250 hours, the Fort Wayne Fire Department was dispatched to a mobile home fire at 84 Country Forrest Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

On Scene: 2254 hours
Under Control: 2306 hours
The first firefighters to arrive reported visible fire and met with the occupants who stated everyone was safely out of the home. The fire was extinguished and a search confirmed no victims inside.
One occupant was treated by FWFD Advanced Life Support and transported by the Three Rivers Ambulance Authority.

Smoke Damage: Moderate
