On February 26, 2020, at 1230 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Department was dispatched to the 2400 block of Barnhart Avenue to investigate a shooting.

Victims:
- 1 adult male, deceased
- 1 male, 27 years-old
- 1 female, 23 yrs-old
Details/Summary:
On 2/26/2020 at approximately 12:30pm officers were dispatched to the report of a shooting at 2405 Barnhart Avenue. Officers arrived on scene and located 3 adult victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medical personnel on scene declared an unidentified male victim deceased on scene. The other male and female victims were transported to local hospitals for life threatening injuries.
There is a person of interest at this time that the Fort Wayne Police Homicide Team is attempting to locate and investigate. Crime Scene Units are currently processing the crime scene. The identities of the victim’s will be released by the Allen County Coroner after they have been identified by family.
At this time this is an on-investigation and details will be released as they become available.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
