Details/Summary:

On 11/13/2023 the Fort Wayne Police Department arrested 25 year old Terrence Wintrode reference the homicide of Brinden Hall-Fletcher that occurred on 11/12/2018. Terrence Wintrode was arrested without incident as he arrived for a probation meeting at the Whitley County Sheriff’s Office. Terrence Wintrode was transported to the Allen County Jail for the charge of Murder, Felony Murder and Attempted Robbery – Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. The Detective Bureau was assisted in the arrest by the Gang and Violent Crime Unit, the Whitley County Sheriff’s Office and the Allen County Prosecutors Office.

All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
