Governor Braun’s Gas Tax Extension Goes Into Effect Today, Continuing Historic Savings at the Pump for Hoosier Families & Farmers
Indianapolis, Indiana (October 6, 2026) — Today, Governor Mike Braun’s extended gas tax suspension goes into effect, continuing uninterrupted savings for Hoosiers through November 4.
Governor Braun’s suspension on special fuel restriction for dyed diesel is also in effect, which gives Hoosier farmers additional relief from high fuel prices.
