Allen IN County.

Adams Counties.
Wabash River near Linn Grove affecting Wells and Adams Counties.
For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN...Moderate
flooding is forecast.
For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary`s River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur.
* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county
roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont
High School becomes necessary.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:55 PM EDT Friday the stage was 23.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 8:55 PM EDT Friday was 23.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 23.9 feet tomorrow morning. It
will then fall Sunday morning. It will rise to 20.7 feet early
Monday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

may need to be evacuated. Property damage begins in some areas at

– At 9:00 PM EDT Friday the stage was 13.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 16.9 feet tomorrow evening. It will
then fall below flood stage Tuesday evening.
