* WHERE…Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.
* WHEN…Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– One to as much as five inches of rain has fallen across the watch
area. Additional amounts of one to two inches, with higher
amounts, are possible through early this afternoon.
