NIBCC Hosts Annual “Golf for the Warrior” Event to Support Local Veterans & Military Families
Fort Wayne, Indiana (September 15, 2026) — The Northeast Indiana Base Community Council (NIBCC) is proud to announce its annual charity golf outing, Golf for the Warrior, taking place at Brookwood Golf Club on Friday, September 18. Registration starts at 7am and opening ceremonies begin at 8:45am. This signature event brings together community members, current service members, veterans, and sponsors in support of NIBCC’s mission to serve and strengthen the military community across Northeast Indiana.
Founded with a commitment to connect, support, and advocate for service members and their families, NIBCC works year-round to build bridges between the civilian and military sectors. Through outreach, education, and direct assistance, the organization ensures that those who serve are never alone during times of financial hardship.
Golf for the Warrior is more than a day on the green—it’s a powerful opportunity to give back. Proceeds from the event directly fund NIBCC’s Military Support Fund, which provides emergency financial assistance to military families in need.
